CBS Head Boss Wants Charlie Sheen Back!

Yes, the reports are flying in!  And Charlie Sheen may just be winning after all!

RadarOnline is reporting that president and CEO of CBS, Les Moonves, is working today to bring Charlie Sheen back to “Two and a Half Men”.

According to a source, Moonves is determined to bring the show back and is in discussions with Warner Bros (which produces the show and fired Sheen earlier this month) to try and fix the numerous burnt bridges.  According to an insider:

“Moonves wants to get the show back on the air. He’s all for it…He says certain people need to forget anything and everything Charlie’s done recently and just move on with the business at hand.”

One very badly destroyed bridge is the one between Sheen and “Men” co-creator and executive producer Chuck Lorre, who Sheen called a “contaminated little maggot” and then sued for $100 million.  The source talked about the two:

“The core issue is, as he put it, the volatile relationship between Charlie Sheen and Chuck Lorre. He believes that if CBS and Warner Bros. TV honchos can find a way to get Chuck and Charlie to speak again, cooler heads will prevail.”

Well, I guess we will see soon enough if both sides reconcile.  Sheen, at the moment, is prepping his one-man comedy show, which has sold out at every one of its 20 venues so far.
