I’ve said it before. Cats have an amazingly cool arrogance about themselves. They are rarely impressed by you. (In fact they consider you lucky to have them, so get them some food and stay out of line.)
In this case, this cat is thorougly unimpressed and unthreatened by a lingering garter snake that seems determined to attack its tail. The cat goes so far as to taunt the snake. And then, it has had enough amusement. Time to remind the snake who’s boss.
ps – I’m always alarmed at how pet owners can sit idly while they casually video tape their precious family member nearly get bitten by a wild animal.
