Even I got to admit, Selena Gomez has been getting a lot of hell for possibly dating Justin Bieber. And through all the tweets, death notes, etc etc, they both have remained quiet.
Today, though, Gomez stopped by Z100, and finally opened up about the man (or boy…depending who is asking), revealing that it’s not easy dating the most popular boy in the world:
“It’s hard…It hurts, it really does. I don’t feel like I’m doing anything wrong. I’ve been best friends with him for a very long time. It does hurt my feelings a lot, but I try not to focus on it. I have a such a strong family and great fans.”
However, Gomez says that she does understand where all the young ones are coming from…she had personal experience as well:
“I will say that I agree with them sometimes…I loved Jesse McCartney. I was obsessed with him. He dated Katie Cassidy when he was 16 or 17. I hated her — absolutely hated her. I was mortified that he was with Katie and I wanted to be with him. He was my screen saver!”
Amusingly enough, Gomez and Cassidy came full circle:
“I just did a movie [‘Monte Carlo’] with Katie Cassidy, and she was the nicest person ever.”
See? So the moral of the story, ladies and gentlemen…don’t hate anyone! Because some day, you could be in a movie with them, and they could be nice…(That was the moral, right?)
wtf. seriously yeah there a great couple but all you fans who want to live with him and be with him and sending death threats to selena and try to get her to break up get a life and stop having the beiber fever and i mean relly wich celeb would go out with a abnoxious person even is a celeb were obnoxous Get a Life!!!!
