According to RadarOnline, with the mother of his twins back in rehab, Sheen will be seeking temporary custody of his twin sons this week.
Mark Gross, Sheen’s attorney, is planning to notify Brooke Mueller’s lawyer today that Sheen will ask a judge for the boys. 33-year-old Mueller reportedly entered rehab over the weekend after a crack cocaine bender.
A person in Sheen’s camp tells Radar:
“Charlie has had enough with her excuses, period. Brooke refused to take a random drug test. Charlie’s attorney will use that as evidence that the boys are better off with him than with Brooke.”
Brooke’s attorney is expected to argue that the boys are well cared for with the help of Brooke’s mother.
The question that will be answered shortly is where WOULD the boys be cared for the best. On one hand, you have a mother who is in rehab for crack-cocaine. On the other hand, you have a father who is Charlie Sheen…Hard choice…
