On Korea’s Got Talent, an amazing story unfolded about a young man overcoming great challenges before singing on the competition show’s stage.

Choi Sung-Bong (according to the subtitles) was placed in an orphanage at three years old, and fled at five years old when the people there were abusing him. He spent ten years homeless, working small, low-income jobs on the streets.

He says that even though he doesn’t sing that well, it was the first thing that he liked while living his difficult life.
