Sony Wants a Steve Jobs Movie ASAP

With the news of Steve Jobs’ passing, it is being reported that the rights to a movie are in high demand in Hollywood, and the studio leading the pack is Sony Pictures.

According to Deadline, Sony Pictures is offering to pay seven digits for the movie rights to “Steve Jobs,” an authorized biography written by former CNN chairman and Time Magazine managing editor Walter Isaacson.

If the deal goes through, the planned film will be the first movie to chronicle Steve Jobs’ career since 1999’s PIRATES OF SILICON VALLEY.

So the question is…who would play Steve Jobs…?  Something tells me that Noah Wyle and Anthony Michael Hall would still be available…
