Kinney co-stars with Gaga in her You & I video, and has also been a regular on The Vampire Diaries, and has been seen on CSI and Fashion house.
The pair have have been seeing one another for some time, but they were finally photographed looking like a couple when they went to the California beach town where Kinney resides.

Gaga has also reportedly been looking to buy a place in Kinney’s home state of Pennsylvania, where his family still lives.
