Lindsay Lohan is Being Sued For Crashing into a Nanny With Her Sports Car!

Yeah, Lindsay Lohan is not catching a break…

According to TMZ, Lohan is now being sued by a nanny who claims that she was hit by Lohan’s Maserati.

The accident occurred back in September.  A witness claims that Lindsay ran a red light in her sports car in West Hollywood, hitting a nanny pushing a stroller across the intersection.  The child wasn’t injured, but the nanny, Nubia Del Carmen Preza, says she was.

The witness also says that three of the four wheels on the stroller became airborne (that’s one strong fourth wheel…) and that Ms. Del Carmen Preaza “was in shock and Hispanic so she was scared.”

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.  I, on the other hand, am still laughing from that last quotation…
