Howard Stern Rips Britney Spears and J Lo At Press Conference
Howard Stern has already started making some waves in his new gig as a judge on America’s Got Talent.
During a press conference, he busted on judges from competing shows… taking some snarky digs at both Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez!
Stern was alongside co-judges Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel to promote Monday night’s premiere, when he was asked his opinion about Britney Spears’ recent deal to judge on X Factor. And while Stern is promising to be family friendly, that didn’t keep him from taking a hearty, sarcastic punch.
“Well, I think it’s a wonderful decision. Britney still thinks the earth is flat … I don’t anticipate great opinions from her. I think she’s gonna sit there like J.Lo, ‘Oh, you’re wonderful, you’re terrific. You think I can get a perfume endorsement out of this?’…I’ll tune in to see what kind of trainwreck she is.
ouch!
Meanwhile, Stern elaborated on his hope to reach TV watchers who don’t hear his radio show.
“I’d like people to see me in a different element, and that’s kind of exciting too, that I’m being exposed to a different audience.”
