To be specific, Rogue, an Australian cattle dog, belongs to some amazing dog owners who have a whole YouTube channel (called Fun With Pup And Jane) that’s full of dogs pushing strollers,riding scooters, and in this case, driving a John Deere Power Wheel car. It’s insane, and kinda amazing.
