It must be a holiday because we just received one heck of a gift. Pop superstar Ariana Grande teased 20 seconds of a new collaboration with Nicki Minaj last night. The brief tweet showed Grande lip syncing to Minaj’s rap portion of their next single, “The Light Is Coming.” You’ll remember that this is not the first time the two mega stars have teamed up. Back in 2014 the duo collaborated on Minaj’s “Get On Your Knees,” the again in 2016 with Grande’s “Side to Side” on Grande’s Dangerous Woman album. The new single will be featured on Grande’s new album, Sweetner, which is expected to be released later this year. The collab is perfectly timed, as Minaj is also releasing her highly anticipated album, Queen on August 10th. Grande’s tweet caused the internet to explode with excitement, and of course took social media has provided some hilarious ways to express such excitement.
