The hilarious actor was giving an interview when a phone started vibrating at the table, and the name popped up “MOM.” (The reporter thought she was using the phone to record the interview, but the phone still rang. That was all Will Ferrell needed to make himself the coolest guy in the room. (He already was, but this way, he was even cooler.)

The sweet (albeit one-sided) conversation between Ferrell and mom has gone viral.
